1. How soon will you be able to send a cleaner round?
Sometimes we can send someone over within 24 hours, but it really depends on how many hours you need and where you’re based. If you complete the ‘request a quote’ form, we’ll send you a quote and let you know how quickly we can get someone over.
2. How many hours would you recommend?
It depends on whether it’s a house, flat or office you want cleaned. If you use our simple booking calculator and input how many bedrooms and bathrooms this will give you an instant quote. If you have any further questions, just get in touch and we’re happy to recommend.
3. What additional cleaning services do you provide?
There’s more information on our Services page but it could be cleaning the cabinets, a fridge clean, windows, sills, spring clean or ironing. We’re pretty flexible so just let us know what you need.
4. Does it matter where I live?
We offer cleaning services to homes and offices across Dorset and surrounding areas, so just let us know your address and we’ll be able to confirm booking.
5. What cleaning products do you use?
We only use eco-friendly cleaning products, because they’re just as effective for that brilliant shine and sparkle, but much kinder for you, your family, pets and the planet.
6. Do I need to supply cleaning products and cleaning equipment?
If you have them and you’d rather we use them that’s fine, but we do provide our own cleaning equipment and products if you prefer.
